1997 – founded the first digital creative unit of any Top 10 advertising agency in the UK
1997 – created the first branded screensave in the UK and first award-winning
interactive ad in the UK (both for Guinness).
1998 – 28 members of the creative team won awards for 12 different clients.
1999 – Ogilvy & Mather London ranked in the Top 10 agencies worldwide for creativity in The Gunn Report.
1999 – won one of the first Cannes Cyber Lions, for Campaign website
2001 – 2003, Executive Creative Director for EHS Brann Group Europe
2002 – 2003, Sat on the Havas Worldwide Creative Board
2003 – Gold Awards won at Campaign Direct and DMA Awards (AA Roadwatch, AA
Roadside – first creative awards won in three years.)
2005-2009 – non-executive director at Profero
2008 – freelance Executive Creative Director of Proximity London for 7 months, while
the incumbent was on maternity leave

traffic and studio all in my remit.
In addition, managed creative resource across Europe for Ford of Europe as and when
required.
Managed 60 people at EHS Brann – creative department, production. Also managed the
creative directors of EHS Cirencester, Leeds, Spain.
